What to expect from a consultation
Herbal medicine is a holistic approach, so consultations explore your physical, psychological, social, environmental and emotional health. They are in-depth and lengthy, lasting up to 90 minutes. Treatment plans usually include herbal medicines (tinctures, teas or topical treatments). Follow-up consultations are ideal but not mandatory to provide you will ongoing care.
